We specialize in supplying quality reconditioned, used, and remanufactured engines and related automotive parts. Our services include:

  • Engine sales (petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric)
  • Gearboxes and transmission components
  • Cylinder heads and engine ancillaries
  • Engine code verification and compatibility checks
  • UK nationwide delivery services

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may not exactly match the item you receive
  • All engines are sold as described with condition (Used/Reconditioned/Remanufactured) clearly stated
  • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information
  • Engine codes and compatibility information are verified to the best of our ability using your VRM

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch
  • We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers
  • Your payment is held securely until engine dispatch

6. Warranty

All engines come with a standard warranty as specified at the time of purchase (typically 3-12 months depending on condition):

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper installation, or misuse
  • Installation must be performed by a qualified mechanic
  • You must retain proof of professional installation to claim warranty
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
  • Warranty remedies include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

7. Delivery

We offer UK nationwide pallet delivery:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on location and size
  • You must inspect the engine upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery

8. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order
  • The engine must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation
